For the past 10 years, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Mozambique Community Network (MCNet) and is also Chairman of the Board at the Mozambique Industrial Association. In addition, he is the President of Escopil, where he continues to drive innovation, governance, and sustainable growth.
His career has also extended into the public sector, where he has been actively engaged in several Public Service Reform Projects in the field of Information Systems. Notable initiatives include the implementation of the Single Electronic Customs Window, e-Taxation systems, Digital Voter Registration, as well as the Driving Licence and Passport Issuing System, all of which have had a transformative impact on efficiency and service delivery.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane and has more than 20 years of experience in project development and leadership. From 2018 to 2020, he also served as a Non-Executive Director at Bank ABC, further consolidating his expertise in governance and corporate oversight. Became Chairman of Bank ABC in 2020 and, following the merger in 2022, was appointed Chairman of Access Bank Mozambique.
Possui experiência profissional, que permiti trazer uma contribuição valiosa, tanto a nível estratégico bem como a nível operacional. Tem contribuído para o desenvolvimento organizacional de várias empresas no sector privado, com destaque para as áreas de tecnologias de informação e industrial.
Nos últimos 10 anos desempenha a função de PCA da MCNet, Também é Presidente do Conselho de Administração do AccessBank.
Esteve envolvido em vários Projectos de Reforma dos Serviços Públicos na vertente de Sistemas de Informação com destaque para a Janela Única Electrónica das Alfândegas, e-Tributação, Recenseamento Eleitoral Digital, Sistema de Emissão de Livretes e Cartas de Condução.
É formado em Engenharia ElectroTécnica pela UEM e com mais de 20 anos de experiência no desenvolvimento de projectos.
