Luckson Pfukwa is the Director of Risk Management at Access Bank Mozambique with over 25 years banking experience. He spent most of the banking years in Enterprise Risk management , Credit Risk, Corporate and Investment Banking , Retail and Digital Banking , covered in few Southern African countries. He is also an enthusiast of Sustainable Banking and Financial inclusion.
He has held leadership positions in over 6 financial institutions and most recently in Mozambique as a Country Director of Credit for BancABC Mozambique, before assuming the role of Director of Risk Management for Access Bank Mozambique. Luckson is a holder of various risk management , treasury, credit risk , management certifications. He holds a B.Sc. Economics degree and Masters of Science in Strategic Management, Masters of Science in International Banking and Trade from Salford Manchester, and a finalist in Master of International Commercial Law degree.
