Luckson Pfukwa is the Director of Risk Management at Access Bank Mozambique with over 25 years of banking experience. He spent most of his banking years in Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Risk, Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail and Digital Banking, covering a few Southern African countries. He is also an enthusiast of Sustainable Banking and Financial Inclusion.
He has held leadership positions in over 6 financial institutions and most recently in Mozambique as a Country Director of Credit for BancABC Mozambique, before assuming the role of Director of Risk Management for Access Bank Mozambique.
