Tope Ademakinwa

Tope holds an MSc degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a B.Eng Degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State Nigeria. She has over 19 years working experience in the banking sector spanning from GTBank Plc to Access Bank Plc in Nigeria, she has attended several leadership training programs, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Banking Nigeria.
 
She was deployed to Access Bank Mozambique SA to start up the subsidiary in July 2018, and she is currently the Country Operating Officer, a position she has held since inception of the bank in 2020. Prior to her resumption in Mozambique, she was the Zonal Head Access Bank Plc Retail Operations Group in South West Nigeria.
