The Personal Development Plan
To help you reflect on your career goals, strategies and personal development in a structured way, you must complete the Team Personal Development Plan together with your Supervisor and Mentor when you join the bank and at the beginning of each year. The plan details your career goals for the next five years, your main areas of learning and development and how these needs will be met. The plan is regularly reviewed with your supervisor to ensure you are on track with your goals and to make necessary changes where appropriate.

Personal Assistance to Personal Development

This is an initiative of the Bank that allows you to take time off to develop your career. In most cases, take a course outside the Bank's curriculum. The Bank will reimburse selected professional courses after successful completion and effectiveness of staff to perform tasks at work.
